Queensland battery booster Program

On 12 February 2024 the Queensland Department of Energy and Climate announced that rebates of up to $4,000 are available for eligible Queensland households to purchase and install home battery energy storage systems.

A rebate up to $3,000 is available to eligible applicants with a combined annual household taxable income of $180,000 or less, with the higher $4,000 rebate available for low-income households with an annual income of less than $66,667.
