Welcome to our company and community and thanks for taking the time to learn a little more about us and the values that we represent. At Lifecycle Electrical, we've embarked on a mission to transform the way Australians experience energy services. It all started when we recognised a common frustration shared by countless customers – the disappointment of broken promises, hidden fees, and subpar results from other electrical companies and solar retailers.

In response, we've taken the initiative to redefine the customer experience and contribute to excellence in the industry. And this vision resulted in the creation of Lifecycle Electrical in 2012.

Director

Matt Salt

Matt's journey in the electrical industry began in 2007, and he has gone from strength to strength since then. Starting with general electrical, he gradually moved into estimating and then leading teams on large-scale electrical projects. Along the way, he developed a strong interest in sustainable energy and this is where he has developed his specialty for solar and battery solutions.

Matt is the proud founder of Lifecycle Electrical and has big visions for the future. His focus has shifted to Commercial Solar projects, where he combines his experience with his genuine passion finding solutions to meet his customers needs. Matt's down-to-earth approach and commitment make him a reliable and enthusiastic professional in the industry, a strong leader for his growing team and an up and comer in the Australian solar market.

Office Manager

Chantelle Salt

Chantelle joined the Lifecycle team, alongside husband, Matt, in 2022.

With a strong foundation built over 15 years in the IT sector, Chantelle brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked extensively as a Project Manager. Her passion for establishing and upholding effective processes, coupled with her adeptness in supporting operations, adds a valuable dimension to the team's expertise. Chantelle's commitment to a positive customer experience and seamless execution aligns perfectly with the Lifecycle mission to provide reliable electrical solutions and we are grateful to have her join our team.

Apprentice Electrician

Miller Orford

Meet Miller, a rising star and an asset to the Lifecycle Team. With a dedication to achieving exceptional outcomes and an unwavering positive outlook, Miller has quickly proven himself as a highly valuable member of the team.

Despite being relatively new to the field, he's demonstrated an ability for grasping complex concepts quickly. His drive and enthusiasm align with our values and he brings a relaxed and upbeat attitude to site each day.

We're excited to have Miller on board as we shape the future of Lifecycle Electrical.

Apprentice Electrician

Kynan Stowers

We pride ourselves on the capability and commitment of our employees, and Kynan is no exception. He is a highly skilled apprentice and has fit seamlessly in to the Lifecycle team.

Kynan started in the electrical industry in 2015 and has more recently moved in to the solar game. Kynan is a motivated and energetic individual that enjoys being part of a productive team. In addition to his role at Lifecycle, Kynan is also talented singer and song writer. Check out this home grown talent here.

We are stoked that Kynan has joined the team and have no doubt he will do well in the industry and in his career ahead.

Aiden Vitale

Meet Aiden, our dedicated apprentice electrician, whose enthusiasm for learning and passion for the trade are evident in every task he undertakes. With a remarkable ability to grasp new concepts swiftly, he has quickly become an invaluable asset to our team. Committed to excellence, Aiden integrated into our tight-knit team, enhancing our collective capabilities and contributing to our continued success.

As he continues to hone his skills and grow in his role, we are excited to see the great contributions he will make to our projects and clients in the future.
